It’s the same thing you would do if someone came up to you at a party and shared a challenge they were facing. You would listen to their pain points and say something along the lines of, you know what, I may have a solution to that problem. Then you can go into how your product works and what it can do to address those challenges – while giving them a chance to ask questions or provide feedback.
This is the only way to understand what your customers want, so when they come to you with a problem, you have an answer! Your audience is more than just a number – start looking at them as real people.
